What We Do On Leadership

“Build from the bottom, lead from the top”

  • Top down leadership

  • Servant leadership from the bottom up

  • Alongside leadership

And he put all thing under his feet and gave him to be head over all things to the church which is his body the fullness of him who fills all in all.

Deep/tall and wide:

-          Jesus fill all in all

o   His head is at the top but his arms reach wide and his feet stand at the gates of hell – how beautiful the feet of those who bring the good news.

Trust:

We need to be able to trust:

God, Ourselves, Others, The world we live in

Consistency and integrity are key

  1. By the standards of the rest of the world, we overtrust. So far it has worked very well for us. - Charlie Munger

  2. If we do not trust one another, we are already defeated. - Allison Croggon

  3. Self-trust is the first secret of success. - Ralph Waldo Emerson

  4. Trust men and they will be true to you; treat them greatly and they will show themselves great. - Ralph Waldo Emerson

  5. The glue that holds business relationships together, that is trust, and this trust is purely based on integrity.
